3. We take customer’s complaints seriously, act quickly to deal with problems, analyze root causes and identify corrective actions. Aside from being responsive, we are able to supply documentation upon request for all quality-related issues.

   + Take preventive measures to minimize defective products.

   + Plan more trees, participate in environmental preservation activities. – We will focus on raising awareness among all personnel. We will ensure this policy is understood, implemented, and maintained.
