Job description
Administrative tasks: Receive and deliver incoming parcels, gather documents to sign, draft administrative documents, make personal statements, assist in processing airline and hotel bookings for office staff. You go on business trips, come up with layout ideas, decorate and clean the office, prepare reception rooms, meeting rooms…
Manage timekeeping and working time of employees…
Receive, guide and process personnel files, labor contracts, social insurance, personal income tax, welfare regimes, salaries, banking,… for employees.
Plan and carry out Recruitment and Training tasks
Inspect and urge departments and individuals to strictly comply with the Company’s regulations.
Build and plan collective activities of the Company.
